- product introduction:Vertical fin MCHX with grooved root for water drainage, the vertical fin with singel side extended wrapping is developed, which is inserted into the microchannel tube, and the tube is inserted into the header at both ends. The part of fin wrapping the tube is connected with the drainage channel of the tube intersecting fin,the drainage structure is formed. The defrosting water and condensate water produced by the heat exchanger flow out rapidly and are discharged from the heat exchanger along the vertical fins. The difficulty of discharging defrosting water and condensate water in microchannel heat exchanger is solved. It breaks through the limitation that the MCHX can not be applied in heat pump AC. It also breaks through the key technologies such as the refrigerant evaporation of liquid separation, pressure drop, low temperature frost condition, corrosion resistance, odor and hydrophilicity, automatic assembly ect. Now, the product can be used as evaporator and condenser in heat pump AC.
