Headquartered with its R&D center in the High-Tech Enterprise Incubator of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, the company has its production base in the Energy Intelligent Manufacturing Base of Zhangqiu District, Jinan City. It is a professional enterprise dedicated to the R&D and application of high-end cooling and heating technologies.
The company boasts a senior domestic R&D and management team, maintaining a leading domestic position in product technology, production, quality assurance, service and operation management. Rooted in the cooling and heating energy sector, it has built a full-chain service capability supported by core technologies, providing efficient and energy-saving cooling and heating solutions for various industries.
To date, the company has mastered four core technologies: high-efficiency cooling and heating equipment, integrated cooling and heating station technology, Guanhai IoT Platform, and high-pressure-ratio centrifugal compressors. Its business fully covers four major sectors: R&D and manufacturing of energy-saving equipment, energy-saving engineering renovation, project operation and management, and mechanical and electrical engineering, realizing a full-chain integrated layout from technology R&D, product manufacturing and engineering implementation to operation and maintenance services.
The company attaches great importance to technology R&D and application, and actively participates in the formulation of industry standards. It has led and participated in the development of 2 national standards and 1 group standard, leading the industry development with standards. Up to now, it has been granted more than 60 invention patents and utility model patents in total, providing solid technical support for the high-quality development of the industry. Meanwhile, it has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with a number of universities and colleges including Nanjing Institute of Technology and Shandong University of Science and Technology. The company has been awarded a number of honorary qualifications such as High-Tech Enterprise, Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New Enterprise, One Enterprise One Technology, Expert Workstation, and Qingdao Private Benchmark Enterprise.
At present, the company is equipped with 2 independent water-cooled chiller test platforms with cooling capacity ranges of 50RT–500RT and 500RT–3000RT respectively. The experimental media cover water, ethylene glycol, calcium chloride and other substances, with a test temperature range of -40°C to 180°C. It also owns 1 set of 280KW air-cooled chiller test platform with an ambient temperature range of -35°C to 60°C, as well as professional testing equipment including impeller dynamic balance detectors, halogen leak detectors and safety performance testers.
The company has made major breakthroughs in the industrialization of core technologies, and is one of the first domestic brands capable of mass-producing high-pressure-ratio heat pump centrifugal compressors. It strictly implements the ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 management systems and benchmarks the quality of military industrial products.
Among them, the research and industrialization of dual-shaft extended high-pressure-ratio centrifugal compressors has been selected into the Shandong Province Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Capacity Improvement Project. Relying on its outstanding energy-saving and carbon-reducing effects, Arctic Ocean’s high-pressure-ratio centrifugal heat pump technology has been included in the Recommended Catalogue of Energy-saving and Carbon-reducing Technologies and Equipment in the National Industrial and Information Technology Field by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Facing the “dual carbon” goals, the company focuses on the in-depth development of high-pressure-ratio centrifugal heat pump technology, and has developed and launched a 220°C full-temperature-range centrifugal solution adaptable to diverse industrial scenarios.
